In Front Design er lokalisert i Drammen, og tar imot oppdrag fra hele landet. Mange av våre prosjekt er gjennomført via digitale prosesser, inkludert oppdrag utført utenfor Norge.
In Front Design utfører designprosesser med innsikt, fleksibilitet og dedikasjon. Vi jobber verdibasert, og vet at tillit og respekt skaper gode prosesser. Vi bruker vår kompetanse og erfaring til å stille de nødvendige spørsmål og veilede med trygghet. Vårt mål er å møte kundens behov og visjon med innsikt og empati. Vi er løsningsorienterte og pragmatiske, gode på analyse og strategi. Med trent øye og hode jobber vi for å skape gode løsninger preget av et bærekraftig helhetsbilde.

Med utallige prosjekter bak oss har vi høy kompetanse i effektive og smarte planløsninger, og et godt øye for detaljer så vel som helhet. Vi har stor lidenskap for god belysning, for møbler og materialer med kvalitet som varer og vi er opptatt av å møte hvert enkelt prosjekt med sin unike identitet.
Gründer Camilla har 25 års erfaring med hovedvekt på prosjektering for offentlige instanser og privat næringsliv, og drifter faget med spesialkompetanse i design som styrker identitet, tilhørighet og bedriftskultur. Hun er god på å overføre organisasjonsutvikling og analyser til arealene som skal romme det. Hun har også lang erfaring i arbeidsmetodikken ABW (Activity Based Working).
Lang fartstid og stor portefølje har gitt Camilla en tydelig analytisk evne, helhetstankegang og fokus på strategi. Hun er opptatt av balansen mellom effektiv og fordypende fagutøvelse, og anser god kundebehandling som viktig i sin arkitekt/konsulentrolle.
In Front Design is located in Drammen, and accepts assignments from all over the country. Many of our projects have been carried out through digital processes, including assignments completed outside of Norway.

Founder Camilla has 25 years of experience, primarily focused on planning for public institutions and corporate sector. She operates with specialized expertise in design for reinforcing identity, sense of belonging and corporate culture: She also has extensive experience in practising Activity-Based Working (ABW) methodology.
Extensive experience and a large portfolio have given Camilla a clear analytical ability, holistic mindset, and strong focus on strategy. She values the balance between efficient and in-depth professional practice and considers good client service to be essential in her role as an architect/consultant.
